Client Referral Program (CRP)

Rubix Consulting, LLC (Rubix Consulting) depends on referrals to generate leads for new business opportunities. We welcome and appreciate your referrals. To show our appreciation for sharing your confidence in us, we have developed the Client Referral Program (CRP), a program designed to reward you for your recommendation.
All referrals are welcome, and we will follow up on each one on a timely basis to ensure we close your referral as soon as possible.

Compensation:

Payment will be made according to the following Referral Fee Compensation Table:

Referral Description	Referral Fee
A client referral resulting in a full-time placement of one consultant for a minimum of 3 months from the service start.	$500
A client referral resulting in a full-time placement of two or more consultants for a minimum of 3 months from the service start.	$1000

Rules:

1.	Referral fees will be paid for referring new business. This means a referral resulting in a signed contract with a new client or a new project with an existing client. A new client is one that does not have an existing working relationship with Rubix Consulting or who is not currently involved in the sale process with Rubix Consulting.
2.	Referrals where contact has already been established by a representative of Rubix Consulting or another referral source do not qualify. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Rubix Consulting management.
3.	Referral should result in a contract within six months.
4.	All referrals are required to be submitted to Rubix Consulting using a Referral Lead Form with accurate and complete information. You can also call-in, email or fax your referrals.
5.	All proposals and contracts will be developed, delivered and negotiated by Rubix Consulting.
6.	Payments are made to the referring individual, not to the practice or office, unless specifically requested.
7.	All compensation is subject to current tax laws and other regulations. Compensation over $600.00 in a calendar year will be subject to 1099 reporting based on applicable laws. Payment over $600.00 in a calendar year will not be made unless a completed W-9 form has been provided to Rubix Consulting.
8.	Judgments as to the applicability of referral compensation and exceptions to the policy are at the sole discretion of Rubix Consulting management.
